Ticket Status Definitions
 
Status
Description
New
The ticket has been submitted and is awaiting review by Management/Board. New tickets should be reviewed timely and should not not sit in New Status very long or indefinitely. The Status is automatically set to New when a ticket is created.
Accepted
Ticket has been reviewed and is awaiting availability of staff for assignment.
Assigned
Ticket has been Assigned to a staff member to work on when time permits.
In Progress
The ticket has been assigned and is being worked, awaiting completion.
Resolved
The ticket request has been completed. Resolved represents a Closed condition.
Reopened
The ticket had been marked Resolved but was later determined incomplete and is waiting for completion (Resolved)
Rejected
Ticket will not be completed for reasons indicated. Rejected represents a Closed condition.
