About PCCA

Pelican Cove Condominiums is  a 47 unit community on the island of St. Croix in the US Virgin islands. 
 
All condominiums are individually owned and operated.  The management office does not provide rental arrangements, reception service, or guest services. 
 
Visitors interested in sales or rentals should contact a realtor or other owner provided resource for additional information.
 
Pelican Cove Condominiums is not affiliated with the adjacent hotel.
 
In case of emergency
  • In the case of a building emergency, such as a water leak, you may contact the General Manager Patrick Nugent (340) 227-7099 or the Board of Directors through email to pccaboardmembers@gmail.com
  • When contacting, identify yourself by name, building, and unit number, and state your emergency.
  • In case of fire, pull the nearest fire alarm station on the front gallery and then dial 911.
  • For other emergencies, such as a break-in, please dial 911, follow the operator's instructions, and then contact the numbers above once authorities have arrived.
 
For Tenants and Guests Residing in a Condo
  • Please review our rules for tenants and resident guests and our property map.
  • Tenants and guests parking a vehicle overnight on PCCA property during their stay are required to register their vehicle with the office within 24 hrs of arrival. To register your vehicle - submit a Tenant/Guest Vehicle Registration.  Registration forms are also available in the office vestibule located in the pool cabana.  Completed forms can be deposited in the mail slot in the vestibule.  The mail slot is located in the inner door of the vestibule. You may also email completed forms to Pelicancovestx@gmail.com.

    Upon receiving your registration, a parking tag will be provided to you. The tag must be displayed in the lower corner of the driver’s side dashboard for the duration of your stay.

For Owners, Realtors, and Rental Managers: 
 
Please review our OWNER RULES FOR TENANTS AND RESIDENT GUESTS on page 6 and the Tenant & Guest Registration Instructions.
  • All tenants and unaccompanied guests residing in a unit are required to be registered using the online form at least 48 hours in advance of arrival.  To register your condo residents - submit a PCCA Tenant/Guest Residence Registration
  • Owners must provide a copy of the complete Rules acknowledged and first page signed and dated by their tenants to the General Manager prior to occupancy if renting the unit for more than ninety (90) days at a time.
